YOGA
SCHEDULE AT THE ASHRAM (for one week):-
Day 01
Arrival
of the delegates. Welcome /registration, check - in rooms, snacks and drinks.
Introduction to yoga. Observation of silence.Evening
Dinner, followed by distribution of yoga kits and information. Bed.
Day
02 Morning
Early
morning meditation followed by universal prayer, yogic postures and pranayama.
Proceed for breakfast, talk on yoga in daily life. Discussion on the habit of
losing ones temper.
Afternoon Lunch followed by local sightseeing,
tea and snacks, meditation lighting ceremony, music, observation of silence.
Evening
Dinner followed by cultural night/bhajans(OPTIONAL). Day
03 Morning
Early
morning yoga walk, meditation, universal prayers, yoga asanas, practice of
pranayama. After breakfast lecture on banks of Ganga. Lunch followed by rest.
Afternoon Relaxation techniques and yoga nidra followed by lighting
ceremony, music and observation of silence.
Evening Dinner followed
by camp fire(OPTIONAL) and question and answer session.
Day 04 Morning
Morning
yoga practice. After breakfast followed by sightseeing/river rafting (OPTIONAL).
Afternoon
Rest and lighting ceremony.
Evening Dinner
Day 05
Morning
Insight
meditation, yogic practices. After breakfast talk and discussion followed by lunch. Afternoon
Yogic Nidra, lighting ceremony and music.
Evening dinner followed
by discourse by Pujya Swamiji. Day
06 Morning
Early
morning yoga walk, meditation, practice of yogic postures and pranayama. After
breakfast talk on activities carried out in the ashram for all the projects undertaken.
Followed by Lunch Afternoon Relaxation techniques and yoga nidra followed by
participant's response by their representative. Lighting ceremony & music
followed by Cultural presentation by the participants(OPTIONAL).
Day
07 Morning
Early
morning yogic practices. Breakfast followed by farewell.
In
the evenings, there can be campfires, bhajan programs, cultural programs, etc.
one day you can have river rafting and also maybe local sightseeing or a trip
to Neelkanth etc. (All at their own expense)
