  • Practice of yogic postures
  • Practice of simple pranayama
  • Breakfast
  • Talk and discussion
  • Lunch Rest

 Afternoon:

  • Relaxation techniques
  • Yoga-nidra
  • Meditation
  • Spiritual camp-fire
  • Question-answer session

 Evening:

  • Dinner Informal
  • Get-together
  • Bed

 THIRD DAY

 Morning

  • Early morning yoga walk
  • Practice of yogic postures
  • Breakfast
  • Meeting with Pujya Swamiji and his talk on the relevance of yoga in daily life.
